The Australasian Welding Journal (AWJ) is the essential technical journal for welding and related industries in New Zealand and Australia. It offers a sharply focused vehicle for communication within the industry, as well as providing a medium for the publication of technical information and views on the latest processes, products and services. The issues of Quality Assurance, Qualification and Certification and Health and Safety are regularly addressed, as well as international developments impinging on industry in Australia and New Zealand.

In New Zealand, the Australasian Welding Journal is distributed through HERA to NZIW and HERA members, however also to anyone else interested in the quaterly publication. The New Zealand contributions are jointly from HERA and the NZIW.
