By submitting this application I undertake to have provided a full and factual disclosure of all relevant information and acknowledge that HERA may cancel my enrolment if information is found to be false or if the information required is not supplied by the due date. 7. Cancellation policy

Once an applicant has been approved for enrollment, payment will be processed. Persons enrolled who wish to cancel must do so in writing. Up to 14 days prior to the seminar a 10% administration deduction fee applies. Between 7 - 14 days prior a 50% deduction applies. Less than seven days, no refund will be provided. HERA reserves the right to cancel the course or modules due to insufficient registrations or other reasons beyond it's control. In this case a full refund on paid fees will be provided - but HERA is not liable for any costs incurred for booking flights and accommodation prior to attendee receiving their confirmation email.
