Mike Lehan

Mike is an experienced leader of large businesses, who brought over 30 years’ demonstrated experience in manufacturing, chemical process and the construction industry during his time on HERA’s board.
As a skilled Project Manager with background in Contract Law, he considered himself an operations professional with a strong commercial acumen. With a Mechanical Engineering background he made the difficult happen.
Reflection on his time with HERA he said he was honoured to have had the opportunity to be part of creating a sustainable future for the NZ metals industry, where being part of the executive board provided an excellent vehicle to achieve this.
He strongly believed that by investing in research, training and innovation our industry will succeed in this vision.
