We create value by being the industry stimulus for research, innovation and development. Part of that is giving our future engineers a window into the metals engineering industry we serve – creating opportunities for career development while answering the needs of our industry for fresh talent and new blood.
Student Members are supported by a tailored development plan that will provide them with opportunities to improve their soft skills and technical skills. For example, access to HERA innovation, commercialisation, and technical programs, as well as support matching to industry internships and mentoring opportunities.
