We’d like to introduce you to one of our student members – Rodney Stringer from Otago Polytechnic.
Rodney is studying construction management and his engineering goal is to successfully deliver major projects from proposal to handover. He is also currently employed with a HERA Platinum member.

What makes a good engineer?
Engineers who listen to clients needs and ensures that all there requirements are met whilst upholding their company values.
What development opportunities are you seeking?
Always searching for growth and development in any company for career development.
What are your hobbies and pass-times?
I enjoy a lot of sports. I coach young & upcoming kids to help them reach their goals big and small on the footy paddock.
What do you think about HERA?
I think HERA is a great platform and forum for all aspiring and experienced people in the industry.
