I am an experienced ICT Manager with a proven track record of delivering innovative technology solutions that drive business growth and success. At HERA, I am responsible for managing the company’s technological infrastructure, overseeing the implementation of new systems and technologies, and ensuring that our existing systems operate at peak performance.
With five years of experience in automation, systems/network engineering, and cyber security across diverse industries ranging from education, property maintenance, to media, I have developed a broad and in-depth understanding of the complexities and nuances of IT infrastructure management. Through my work, I have led numerous successful projects that have streamlined processes, improved efficiency, and enhanced overall productivity.
For example, a project I implemented, involved the automation of processes, resulting in significant time and cost savings for the company. Additionally, I led a large team in a collaborative effort to modernise the company’s IT infrastructure while minimising disruptions to daily operations. As a result, the company experienced increased operational efficiency and overall performance.
