Manager of Member Services and Support
I’m responsible for ensuring our members are well supported. Bringing 23 years’ experience in the communications industry – with 12 of those spent with HERA.
I’m responsible for the successful delivery of our library resources to our members, supervision of our administration team, internal IT support and facilities & member management.
Delivering value adding services ensures we’re able to support and collaborate with our members to deliver smarter solutions that drive our industry forward.
I’ve effectively contributed to several key events such as the Metal Industry Conferences and Awards Dinners to help recognise engineering stars across various sectors. Ongoing projects I continue to work on include the publication of our annual report, newsletters, and email campaigns, coomunicating matters of importance to the membership, along with the management of our membership database, website and IT facilities – arming our members with a genuine understanding of our organisation and the impacts our research and development brings them.
