Senior Welding Engineer

After 25 years in the industry I have worked extensively on the delivery of industrial plant projects globally. This has seen me hold many roles at different levels in the fabrication and construction of boilers, reactors, pressure vessels, structural steels and piping systems of oil & gas, nuclear and thermal power (CCGT and coal fired) plants in Turkiye, Russia, Albania, Libya and Iraq.

For nine years of this time, I also was able to lecture in welding inspection courses at international training organisations in Europe, North Africa, Middle East, Central Asia and South America.

Throughout my career I have always been amazed to see how people can cooperate together to create huge structures and plants. I am very excited to be able to do the same for the projects in New Zealand as part of the team at HERA and to assist in people’s career building through the training offerings we provide here.
