HERA is happy to introduce Taylah Nicol to the team as our new Digital Administrator.

Taylah was coaxed into filling this role temporarily in July by our Manager Customer Experience, Rebecca Symonds, whilst she searched for the right person for the position – but Rebecca had an ulterior motive and convinced Taylah to sign on permanently!

Taylah graduated university in September this year with a Master of Sport, Exercise and Health, preceding her Bachelors of Sport and Recreation graduation in 2019. She is well versed in customer service, having worked at Bracu Restaurant as restaurant manager for over a year during her time studying.

Enjoying a good challenge, structure and routine, Taylah has easily picked up the role and continues to be extremely helpful to all her HERA colleagues, but particularly relieving the Comms team by taking care of a lot of our social posts, website updates, in house events and overflow administration. She is your first point of call on the HERA main line, and for general enquiries.

Taylah works as a personal trainer outside of her HERA hours at a gym in Drury and sights exercise, crossfit and hot yoga as her hobbies!
