In 2023, HERA welcomed Caitlin on a temporary basis, while we searched for the right candidate for the Digital Administration role. However, her dedication quickly proved her worth, prompting us to extend a permanent invitation to join our team!
Now, she’s an integral part of our team, handling various responsibilities effortlessly. From handling our social media presence and website updates to being the welcoming face at reception, Caitlin does it all. She brings with her a Bachelor of Media Design and she showcases her talents as our in-house graphic designer and podcast editor.

Caitlin’s creativity is incorporated into home life also. She loves to draw, complete paid art commissions, and crochet in her spare time.
